Services Overview
Our In-Home Care program assists older adults in maintaining their independence at home or can ease the transition to a new setting if needed. We create a plan of care and monitor the plan to ensure your loved one receives continuous quality of care. We provide services in all types of settings—at home, in residential care, or in a skilled nursing environment.
Our compassionate caregivers are professionally trained and possess a comprehensive understanding of community resources. The caregiver takes time to get to know the individual and his or her family, establishing a working relationship and striving to ensure the same kind of compassionate care that family members would provide if they could.

Hourly In-Home Care:
Services are provided hourly with a minimum of 1 hour. The caregiver has a variety of responsibilities, including personal care assistance with dressing, bathing, medication reminders, errands, cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, close monitoring of the client, and care of client's pet.
Sleepovers:
Services are provided overnight to help a client prepare for bed and then the caregiver stays through the night to assure a pleasant night's sleep.
Live-In:
Clients are offered around-the-clock services which include personal care, homemaker duties and companionship. This is excellent for our clients who need less intensive care.
Driving:
Caregivers will also drive a client to and from appointments, shopping or just a drive around the countryside for an hourly fee.
Respite Care:
Created to give your permanent family or hired caregiver “time off”.
A free consultation is provided upon request. Once we are providing service, our Coordinator will manage all outside care services including medical, personal and social needs. Our Coordinator visits and or telephones the client as often as is needed to make sure matters are running smoothly. |
